Huff brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to the Foxtail Coffee team, with the past 15 years focused specifically on strategic growth and operational development. Since joining Foxtail in 2019, he has played a critical role in building out the corporate infrastructure and overseeing store operations, human resources, and new location openings. He works closely with internal departments and new franchisees to ensure every location reflects the operational standards and culture of our brand. Huff meets with all incoming partners to guide them through key HR and operational protocols, ensuring they’re equipped for long-term success. Whether he's developing onboarding programs, refining SOPs, or troubleshooting launch challenges, Huff is deeply involved in every step of the corporate journey. Beyond opening day, Huff remains a hands-on resource for franchisees and staff alike, helping navigate challenges and optimize daily operations, to continue scaling Foxtail’s footprint while maintaining quality and consistency across markets.

Rosie, who has been with Foxtail Coffee since its inception in 2016, leads the strategic growth of the brand through partnership development, site selection, and lease negotiations. She and her team play a key role in identifying franchisees with a desire to grow Foxtail Coffee shops and helping them secure prime locations. Rosie oversees every phase of the partnership development process through turning over the leased shop to our incredible design and construction team, ensuring each new location reflects the Foxtail brand while meeting operational and financial goals. She works closely with owners, landlords, brokers, banking institutions, contractors and internal teams to streamline timelines, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality cafés that enhance the guest experience. After your Foxtail location opens its doors, Rosie will continue to work with you on potential new sites, ensuring that Foxtail continues to grow thoughtfully and sustainably, bringing exceptional coffee and cafes to more communities throughout the country.

Before your location opens, Mike will be your primary point of contact for all things supply chain-related . He will onboard you and your team to Foxtail’s three main ordering platforms: Sysco, Supplies on the Fly, and B2B. In coordination with our distributors and vendors, Mike will ensure that all necessary products and materials are secured and that supply chain operations are fully in place. After your location opens, Mike will remain your contact for ongoing supply chain support. Should you experience product shortages, recurring delivery issues, or require assistance with ordering processes, he will be the one to help you through. Mike also continually works to negotiate favorable pricing and improve profit margins, all while identifying opportunities to streamline supply chain efficiency. As Foxtail continues to expand nationally, supply chain strategies evolve accordingly, and Mike will help ensure your location is aligned and well-supported!

Rachael is crucial in leading the charge on owner and franchisee training, ensuring every new location launches with confidence, consistency, and a strong foundation for long-term success. She designs and delivers a comprehensive and effective onboarding experience that walks new owners through everything from brand standards and daily operations to team development and guest experience. Her hands-on, approachable style ensures that each partner feels fully supported as they transition from training into day-to-day ownership on the shop’s first days of operations. Rachael is also an essential part of the seasonal drink campaign and LTO (limited-time offer) team, helping both craft and roll out new beverage offerings with creativity and consistency. She works closely with the Communications, Graphic Design, and Marketing teams to ensure every drink not only looks and tastes great but is easy to execute at scale.

Kenneth brings nearly five years of experience within the brand and a deep operational understanding of what it takes to build and scale successful cafés. Prior to joining the corporate team, Kenneth built and operated 19 Foxtail locations across Florida, Georgia, and Nevada. His hands-on leadership and market expansion experience provide him with a practical, real-world perspective that directly benefits the franchise partners he now supports. Kenneth is your primary point of contact, guiding qualified candidates through the development process, from initial exploration to onboarding and long-term partnership. He is passionate about identifying the right future franchise partners, strong operators, mentoring emerging leaders, and helping partners navigate the journey from discovery to opening day and beyond.

Eric is an integral part of the construction process, partnering closely with Grizzlee on all construction-related matters. He assists with regular site visits, coordinates communication between your General Contractor (GC) and the internal Foxtail Coffee team, and troubleshoots any complications as needed to ensure a smooth shop build-out. Eric also leads the signage process from start to finish—reviewing lease sign criteria, identifying signage styles and placement, and assisting in assembling the sign mock package to align with Foxtail’s meticulous branding standards and maximize exterior visibility. After your location officially opens its doors, Eric remains enthusiastically available to assist with any post-construction needs and works in tandem with Grizzlee to ensure your store is fully operational. Please include Eric in all construction-related communications to allow for seamless and efficient support—especially if one team member is traveling, so that the other can step in.

May supports partners throughout the pre-opening process and helps keep everything organized and on track. She collects and maintains all required licenses and documentation, and ensures all records remain current and compliant through annual updates. She also collects and manages store location data, keeping accurate records for each franchise location. Prior to opening, May provides partners with important guidance and resources such as onboarding materials, payroll setup information, uniform ordering details, music provider requirements, store decor standards, and other essential pre-opening tools. In addition, May coordinates travel arrangements for the training team and construction visits, ensuring that team members can be on site as needed to prepare stores for opening and confirm construction milestones are met. After opening, May continues to serve as a resource for partners and is available to answer questions and provide guidance on licensing, documentation, store information, and operational needs. She helps ensure partners have the information and support they need to keep their stores running smoothly and successfully.

Sal is responsible for helping maintain a strong culture of accountability by effectively managing, monitoring, and coaching through all Franchise Support requests and QCCI Reports. The position works closely with the Assistant Director of Training to ensure consistency in processes, communication, and expectations between the Training Department and franchise partners. Sal works in tandem to maintain the Quality Control team through the scheduling & revision of reports, ensuring consistency & accountability for all members. Sal will also be your point of contact for any quality related questions, from the submission of Quality Control Check-ins to the general maintenence of our shops. Joey brings over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Tax to lead the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and planning. He works closely with the executive team to guide long-term growth initiatives, support franchise partners, and ensure the company’s financial systems scale alongside its expanding footprint. Joey oversees budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, tax, audit and financial reporting while implementing processes and technology that improve efficiency and profitability across the organization. He is passionate about building strong financial foundations that enable Foxtail and its partners to grow successfully.

Cameron leads the Technology, E-Commerce, Customer Support, Marketing, Communications, and Graphic Design teams at Foxtail Coffee Co., ensuring that all digital and creative initiatives align with the company’s goals. He works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain a strong digital infrastructure. From managing internal systems and software platforms to enhancing the customer experience across all digital touchpoints, Cameron oversees the full scope of Foxtail’s technology ecosystem. Throughout your partnership with Foxtail, Cameron will serve as your key resource for all things related to technology and digital strategy. His role is to keep tools running smoothly, support your operational success, and help you stay connected to the systems and services that power your business. As Foxtail's Director of Interior Design, Suzie blends her creative vision with strategic space planning to bring the Foxtail Coffee Experience to life in every new location opening. She specializes in creating floor plans that are not only efficient and functional but also align seamlessly with our meticulous brand standards and client goals. Suzie serves as the primary liaison between you, our valued partners, and architects, providing expert oversight of construction plans to ensure full compliance with building codes and alignment with Foxtail’s design standards. From first concepts to final blueprints, Suzie is hands-on and supportive throughout each process. She collaborates closely with Christina to deliver not only a functional store design but also inspiring decor and mural concepts that perfectly embody the Foxtail vision, creating a warm, inviting space to bring each community together!

As Executive Director of the Coffee for a Cause Foundation, Lauren leads the vision, strategy, and partnerships that drive Foxtail Coffee’s philanthropic impact.She oversees community initiatives, fundraising efforts, and collaborations that support local organizations and meaningful causes aligned with our mission. Her role focuses on turning every cup of coffee into an opportunity to create positive change—strengthening the connection between our cafés, our customers, and the communities we serve.

Courtney serves as our dedicated equipment expert, playing a critical role in supporting your project from initial planning through to equipment delivery. She is your go-to contact for all equipment-related needs, ensuring everything is sourced and ordered accurately and efficiently. Courtney reviews finalized plans to develop a comprehensive equipment list tailored to your project specifications and handles all aspects of equipment procurement, including sourcing, pricing, and placing orders with vetted suppliers. She also creates and maintains your personalized shop folder, which contains all essential documentation and updates relevant to your project. Additionally, Courtney offers optional procurement services, providing a seamless transition from design to execution should you choose to utilize her expertise. Her industry knowledge along with her direct experience as a Foxtail franchisee herself ensures that your project is equipped for success from the very beginning.

As Foxtail Coffee’s Marketing Manager, Aifton offers hands-on marketing guidance from the initial planning phase through post-opening success—ensuring each location is set up for strong community connection and long-term growth. Pre-Opening, Aifton manages foundational marketing efforts ahead of a new store launch. This includes setting up and optimizing Google and Apple Maps listings, developing a tailored marketing strategy for each shop, and guiding store teams through the social media setup process. These efforts help build early awareness and excitement within the local community. Once a location is open, Aifton remains a dedicated resource. From strategic app notifications and segmented email campaigns to customized promotions and creative campaign ideas, she supports each location’s ongoing growth. Whether it's planning a grand opening celebration or exploring ways to drive traffic beyond launch, Aifton is here to help bring fresh ideas to life.

Alexandra plays a vital role in supporting the Franchise Development & Real Estate team through a wide range of administrative and strategic functions. She is instrumental in driving the process from the very beginning—helping the team in identifying strong potential franchisees, evaluating prospective Foxtail Coffee locations, and contributing to site selection through data analysis and strategic insight. She works closely to ensure every relationship is carefully maintained, fostering collaboration and transparency at every stage. Her goal is to streamline operations and ensure seamless communication between departments, allowing for the efficient and successful launch of new shops. Alexandra will ensure that every detail is accounted for and that each partner feels fully supported throughout the process. Even after your shop opens, Alexandra continues to serve as a key point of contact, ensuring that you receive consistent guidance, support, and care as you bring your Foxtail Coffee visions to life!

Prior to opening day, Leilani provides partners with all the resources and information possible on permitting to get ready for each location's launch. From her you can expect to receive information regarding business taxes, onboarding, uniforms, oxygen co., music providers, store decor, and insurance. Leilani will be able to direct you to companies Foxtail partners with and recommends in order to make the location opening process as efficient and seamless as possible. She will reach out to partners to receive copies of all permits to ensure shops are in good standing on licensing and filed properly within our system. Leilani is also in charge of handling the backend of travel and lodging for our training team as they help prepare and support each shop through opening day. Even after your location's opening, you can expect to hear from Leilani annually as she will continue to obtain account updates and provide you with any contact information or support to ensure each location continues to run smoothly!

Christina provides strategic leadership and oversight to the Design, Construction, Equipment, and Training Teams within the Foxtail Franchise Division. She and her teams collaborate closely with new franchisees, ensuring adherence to Foxtail's design specifications, meticulously reviewing construction bids, and monitoring projects for accuracy and timely completion. Christina helps select key partners like General Contractors and Architects, and oversees the team that will deliver thorough training programs for both owners and staff, equipping your team with the essential knowledge and skills for a successful launch. Beyond the initial opening, Christina remains a valuable resource, her direct experience as a Foxtail franchisee providing a unique understanding of daily operations. She offers guidance on a wide range of critical business functions, including scheduling optimization, payroll management, and efficient ordering processes, ensuring you have the support needed to navigate the intricacies of running your Foxtail business!

Vanessa has been an integral part of the Foxtail Coffee company since its early days of inception, joining the tight-knit team when there were just two locations opened, and helping drive its growth to where we are today! With a true passion for efficiency and financial precision, Vanessa oversees payroll for all employees—including some franchise locations—manages accounts payable and receivable, and administers employee benefits. She also ensures compliance with business tax, alcohol, and operating licenses for your locations. Beyond those crucial tasks to keep your store operational, Vanessa handles vendor relationships, utility setup for new stores, and other key financial operations to make sure locations open smoothly and efficiently. With seven years of dedication and a growing team under her leadership, Vanessa plays a vital role in keeping Foxtail Coffee running smoothly behind the scenes!

Before your shop opens its doors to the public, Naomi will be your main resource in discussing the hiring timeline, scheduling, and quantity of baristas needed for smooth operations. She will arrange your training schedule and will ensure you have all the critical information necessary to get your team up and running. Naomi will also provide thorough assistance on your ordering processes, placing reminders on your calendar and ensuring you don't miss a beat! Even after your location opening, Naomi remains a helpful resource, assisting with any concerns you may have about equipment troubleshooting, such as (but not limited to): espresso machine, MerryChef, cold brew, and any other store machinery. Should you have any questions about scheduling, ordering, seasonal drinks, or anything similar, she is your best point of contact to make sure you continue smooth operations in your location!

Cassie plays a pivotal role in the continued growth and strategic expansion of the Foxtail Coffee franchise network. With a passion for building strong partnerships and a deep understanding of the brand’s vision, Cassie is one of the key liaisons for prospective franchisees — guiding them from the initial inquiry to becoming a partner and beyond! From identifying high-potential franchisees who align with Foxtail’s values to nurturing those relationships through every stage of the development process, Cassie ensures each new partner is well-supported and set up for long-term success. Once a partnership is established, Cassie collaborates closely with franchisees and their brokers to identify ideal locations for their stores, leveraging market research, site analytics, and local knowledge to find the best spaces that reflect the Foxtail Coffee experience. After your shop opens, Cassie will continue to work with you to identify potential new sites to help continue your growth within our company!

Grizzlee will serve as your primary liaison for all construction-related matters. He and his team will conduct regular site visits, providing comprehensive updates to you, your General Contractor (GC), and our internal team. To ensure seamless communication, please include Grizzlee in all correspondence with your GC. He will also oversee the configuration of your digital menu board, the customer data collection application, and the Toast Point of Sale system, guaranteeing operational readiness prior to opening. Post-opening, Grizzlee will be your main resource for Toast support. Should you encounter equipment malfunctions or connectivity issues, reach out to him directly. For refund processing and menu modifications, please utilize Toast's support tab. For any construction concerns, please include Grizzlee in any relevant communications, as he remains readily available to facilitate a solution!

Chris serves as Foxtails Graphic Design Manager, overseeing all aspects of the brand’s visual identity. From menu board designs and in-store mural artwork to campaign visuals and marketing collateral, Chris ensures every creative element reflects Foxtail’s craft and community-focused values. Chris partners closely with the construction team to develop branded menus, murals, and environmental graphics that bring each location to life. He ensures all design elements are aligned with Foxtail’s meticulous brand standards and collaborates with construction and operations teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience from day one. After a location's opening, Chris helps provide ongoing creative support for seasonal campaigns, marketing initiatives, and partner needs, including logo suites, print materials, and digital assets. He also collaborates on the art direction for store updates and ensures consistency across all brand touchpoints as Foxtail continues to grow.

Maria helps turn empty spaces into fully realized, on-brand environments from the ground up. From managing permits, timelines, and vendor coordination to overseeing signage design, approvals, and installation, she keeps projects moving smoothly from blueprint to grand opening. Maria work closely with contractors, landlords, municipalities, and sign partners to ensure every detail is compliant, cohesive, and on schedule. Think of her as the behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps construction chaos in check and makes sure the final touches — especially the signs everyone sees first — are exactly where they need to be.
