Construction Progress for Lakewood in FL!
Construction is moving along smoothly for this upcoming Foxtail Coffee location in Florida! This shop just had Gleman visit, and the countertops have been templated and installed. This week, they're finalizing the tumors (making sure outlets and plumbing is connected) and setting up equipment. They go through final inspections next week!
Lakewood is a short walk away from the St. Johns River and near family-friendly attractions such as Dave and Busters and the Community First Igloo, a local ice skating rink. The town is part of Jacksonville, Florida, a residential community on the Southbank of the St. Johns River, known for its mid-20th-century development, established schools, and proximity to major, older neighborhoods like San Marco. In addition to the delicious food and beverage offerings we serve, this shop will also feature a Kelly's Ice Cream counter, scooping up delectable favorites alongside rotating seasonal flavors.
Check out some construction progress photos below, and keep your eyes out for another update on this upcoming Jacksonville shop!
