Construction has officially started for the next location in Florida - Lakewood! Lakewood is a short walk away from the St. Johns River and near family-friendly attractions such as Dave and Busters and the Community First Igloo, a local ice skating rink. The town is part of Jacksonville, Florida, a residential community on the Southbank of the St. Johns River, known for its mid-20th-century development, established schools, and proximity to major, older neighborhoods like San Marco. It emerged as a suburban expansion area following the growth of Jacksonville's downtown area.
Check out some construction plans and elevation photos below, and keep your eyes out for another update on this upcoming Jacksonville shop!
