Foxtail Coffee’s Expansion in West Michigan!
We’re thrilled to share that WOOD TV8 recently featured Foxtail Coffee, recognizing our ongoing growth and expansion into new communities in West Michigan. Our partners at The Baton Collective are spearheading the development of two new locations in Grand Rapids and Byron Center, reflecting our commitment to creating welcoming spaces and connecting with the local community.
The upcoming Grand Rapids location, at 1200 Wealthy St. SE, is currently in the design phase. The Baton Collective is collaborating with the city and historic society to ensure this location maintains the character and charm of Wealthy Street. This thoughtful approach is essential as we aim to establish a place that feels connected to the community, with plans to open in spring 2025.
Meanwhile, construction is well underway at our Byron Center location at 325 84th St. SW. With an anticipated opening in early December, this shop will be ready just in time for holiday shoppers to stop in and enjoy our signature cozy atmosphere.
These new locations will build on the success of our existing West Michigan stores in Ada and Holland, which have been warmly embraced by their communities. Both have quickly become popular spots, often buzzing with activity as locals enjoy great coffee and engaging conversations. This positive reception underscores our mission of creating spaces that go beyond just serving coffee—they’re places for the community to gather and connect.
