Pineda Commons Construction Progress!

We are excited to share that construction is progressing nicely for Pineda Commons! Millwork, electrical, and countertops are complete and up next they are finalizing the last parts of construction essential. The project is having its final inspections this week!

Our third location in Melbourne, FL, Pineda Commons is situated just 5 minutes from the beach. The Melbourne area is a vital hub for the aerospace industry, renowned for its strategic location on Florida's Space Coast, near Cape Canaveral. Visitors can enjoy the arts in the Eau Gallie Arts District, see a replica of the Liberty Bell, and explore attractions like the Brevard Zoo, all within 20 minutes or less of this exciting Foxtail Coffee shop!
