Some locations may be experiencing third-party order issues with open payments and checks, preventing orders from closing out. We have adjusted settings to prevent this from occurring in the future.
To close out and settle any remaining balances on your POS, please use the discount code “APP Open/Close” to set the payment amount to $0, then close the transaction as usual.
