3rd Party Ordering Rates Update

Starting March 11th, Uber Eats will raise its commission rates company-wide. This is not specific to Foxtail Coffee, and all merchants on Uber Eats will see this increase. Below is a breakdown of the adjustments and the steps we are taking to offset this increase:


Commission Rate Changes:

  • Delivery (Regular): Increasing from 22% to 25%

  • Pickup Orders: Increasing from 6% to 10%


Foxtail Coffee Adjustments:

  • We are increasing prices across ALL 3rd party ordering from 15% to 20%

  • 20% of Uber funding will be allocated to BOGO Coffee, Espresso, and Cold Brew offers.

  • 25% of Uber funding will be allocated to BOGO Breakfast and Lunch sandwiches.
