Foxtail Visits Michigan Commissary!

Last week, Christina (VP of Franchise Operations) & Mike (Director of Supply Chain) traveled to Michigan to visit Cloud Bakery, the commissary partner behind many of the food items you see in our cafes. This includes our sandwiches, croissants, cookies, and select LTOs. It was an eye-opening experience to see everything that goes into making our food program run! 

The production team clearly takes pride in what they do, and that extends to the details we normally don't think about. For example, every single fox cookie that lands in our cafes is hand decorated by one woman. Last year alone, she decorated nearly 20,000 cookies. She had Christina & Mike decorate their very own Fox cookie, but they wouldn't have made the cut! At Foxtail, we take our time to select who we partner with. We select vendors who genuinely care about the products they make, and partners who go above and beyond. This team definitely embodies this. Check out some fun photos of the tour below!
