04/14/26 - Manufacturer Shortages // Muffins & Cinnamon Roll Donuts
Two of our suppliers have had production issues in keeping up with recent demands due to holiday closures & demand. Depending on your area, you may experience inventory gaps for the items below. The manufacturers are working to get caught up, and inventory should be consistently back in stock sometime in late April.
The items affected are:
Cinnamon Roll Donut
Blueberry Muffin
Double Chocolate Chip Muffin

04/15/26 - ATLANTA - Ghirardelli Credits Processing
This is for Sysco Atlanta customers only. Thank you for your patience as they are fixing the pricing issue for the 30lb Ghirardelli cocoa powder that is remote stock from Sysco. According to emails we have received, combined with Sysco data, Sysco is working on partial credit for the following locations. All of these locations have placed an order since the mistake on April 1.
The partial credit to your account will be ~$52
If you believe that you ordered a case that you should get partial credit for and it is not on this list, please email mike.saul@foxtailcoffee.com with your location, number of cases, and dates ordered.

04/16/26 - Blueberry Monin Update (Florida Ed Don Warehouse)
Blueberry Monin was supposed to be delivered to the Florida Ed Don warehouse on 4/14. I received notice today that the shipment of Monin was delivered to the wrong location. Monin & Ed Don are working together to expedite a solution, and we will relay that information as soon as it is available.
In the meantime, here are a couple of temporary solutions if you need blueberry asap.
04/17/26 - JACKSONVILLE - Ghirardelli Cocoa Powder
Sysco Jacksonville is out of the Ghirardelli cocoa powder until 4/21. Here are two links to help bridge the gap in inventory:
Amazon - This is a 10lb box and is the closest as far as cost per pound. (Shipping may apply for expedited delivery)
