New Ed Don Fulfillment Update – Launching Jan 19th!

We've been working closely and extensively with Ed Don to tighten up your delivery timelines and improve consistency, and we’re excited to announce that the first major improvement is ready to roll out! Ed Don has officially stocked their Atlanta warehouse with Foxtail's proprietary items, and starting Monday, January 19th, orders will begin shipping from there.
What does this mean for you?
90% of Foxtail locations will now receive next-day delivery
Transit time for all other locations is reduced by up to two days
Only locations outside of Florida will be pulling from the Atlanta warehouse. All Florida locations will still be pulling from Florida.
There is NO CHANGE to the ordering process on Don.com. The only difference may be the day that you place your order & transit time for delivery.

Important reminders:
As an example... If your order day is Tuesday and you place an order on Sunday, Day 1 is Wednesday, so timing matters.
Orders are pulling from 2 warehouses in Eastern Standard Time, and the cutoff on your order day is 12:00 PM EST. This means if you are not in Eastern Standard Time, your cutoff is as follows:
11 AM CST
10 AM MST
9 AM PST
Orders placed after the cutoff time will not be processed until the following day.

Even if you receive your delivery just a day late, we still want to know if Ed Don is hitting the delivery expectations. This will help us hold them accountable and fine-tune the nuances in the process.
