ORLANDO & JACKSONVILLE SYSCO // Eggnog Quality Issue

This applies to Sysco Orlando and Sysco Jacksonville only. All other distribution centers use a different supplier for eggnog. The manufacturer has cut the last two purchase orders being delivered to Sysco Orlando and Sysco Jacksonville. The issue is currently being addressed at the factory level, with the next production run scheduled for this Saturday.

As a result, Foxtail locations in Orlando and Jacksonville will not have access to eggnog through Sysco in time for the December 1st LTO launch. For this rollout, locations in those markets will need to temporarily source eggnog from retail or an alternative source.

Sysco is expected to be restocked early next week following the new production run. Once available, please resume ordering through Sysco, but be sure to verify the expiration date upon receipt. Thank you for your flexibility and have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!
