IMPORTANT // New Ed Don Fulfillment Update – Launching Monday, January 19th!
We've been working closely and extensively with Ed Don to tighten up your delivery timelines and improve consistency, and we’re excited to announce the first major improvement is ready to roll out! Ed Don has officially stocked their Atlanta warehouse with Foxtail's proprietary items, and starting Monday, January 19th, orders will begin shipping from there.
What does this mean for you?
90% of Foxtail locations will now receive next-day delivery
Transit time for all other locations is reduced by up to two days
Only locations outside of Florida will be pulling from the Atlanta warehouse. All Florida locations will still be pulling from Florida.
There is NO CHANGE to the ordering process on Don.com. The only difference may be the day that you place your order & transit time for delivery.

Important reminders:
As an example... If your order day is Tuesday and you place an order on Sunday, Day 1 is Wednesday, so timing matters.
Orders are pulling from 2 warehouses in Eastern Standard Time, and the cutoff on your order day is 12:00 PM EST. This means if you are not in Eastern Standard Time, your cutoff is as follows:
11 AM CST
10 AM MST
9 AM PST
Orders placed after the cutoff time will not be processed until the following day.

Even if you receive your delivery just a day late, we still want to know if Ed Don is hitting the delivery expectations. This will help us hold them accountable and fine-tune the nuances in the process.

01/12/26 - Use Foxtail Custom Straw ONLY
One thing that may have slipped through the cracks during this busy holiday season is that Foxtail now has a custom-branded straw! Although we use strawless sip lids for our cold beverages, we know how many of our guests still prefer using a straw. We have partnered with Strawfish, an emerging leader in plastic alternatives. Their mission also aligns with Foxtail's sustainability commitment.
Here are some highlights of our newest custom item:
Longer in length - The new straw is 8.5", which is a big difference from the 7.75" we currently use. No longer will the straw get lost in a 24oz cold beverage!
Wider mouth - We are moving from 4mm in diameter to 6mm.
Stronger - As soon as you pick up a new straw, you will feel the difference in durability.
Sustainability - These straws look and feel like plastic, but they are not plastic! This means that every Foxtail location, no matter the local ordinances on straws, can use these. Strawfish utilizes discarded seashells from North America. These shells sequester carbon, providing a renewable source of calcium carbonate (CaCO3).
These straws will never get soggy and won't crack.
They feature our Foxtail logo printed on the wrapper. The straw itself aligns with our brand, being a deep black straw with 2 clean white pinstripes on either side. All other straws are being removed from your Sysco order guide to avoid confusion. Keep in mind that this will be a remote item in many markets for now.

Our manufacturer of cold brew bottles and growlers had a delay in production, so you will see that Ed Don may be out of stock until later this month. In the meantime, 12oz cold brew bottles and 64oz growlers are available to order through B2B.
