IMPORTANT // New Ed Don Fulfillment Update – Launching Monday, January 19th!
We've been working closely and extensively with Ed Don to tighten up your delivery timelines and improve consistency, and we’re excited to announce the first major improvement is ready to roll out! Ed Don has officially stocked their Atlanta warehouse with Foxtail's proprietary items, and starting Monday, January 19th, orders will begin shipping from there.
What does this mean for you?
90% of Foxtail locations will now receive next-day delivery
Transit time for all other locations is reduced by up to two days
Only locations outside of Florida will be pulling from the Atlanta warehouse. All Florida locations will still be pulling from Florida.
There is NO CHANGE to the ordering process on Don.com. The only difference may be the day that you place your order & transit time for delivery.
Know Your Order Schedule + Cutoff Times
Please review the new ordering and delivery schedule to see what changes apply to your location.
Important reminders:
As an example... If your order day is Tuesday and you place an order on Sunday, Day 1 is Wednesday, so timing matters.
Orders are pulling from 2 warehouses in Eastern Standard Time, and the cutoff on your order day is 12:00 PM EST. This means if you are not in Eastern Standard Time, your cutoff is as follows:
11 AM CST
10 AM MST
9 AM PST
Orders placed after the cutoff time will not be processed until the following day.

Even if you receive your delivery just a day late, we still want to know if Ed Don is hitting the delivery expectations. This will help us hold them accountable and fine-tune the nuances in the process.

01/19/26 - LOCATIONS OUTSIDE FLORIDA // Order Cold Brew Bottles & 8oz Hot Cup Lids Through B2B
Our manufacturer of cold brew bottles and growlers had a delay in production, so you will see that Ed Don may be out of stock until later this month. In the meantime, 12oz cold brew bottles and 64oz growlers are available to order through B2B.
Also, 8oz hot cup lids wont arrive to the Ed Don Warehouse in Atlanta until 1/21, so please also order through B2B.
01/21/25 - Microfiber Towels Now Available Through Ed Don / 55% Savings!
Microfiber towels are an essential operational item that we need to eliminate germs and bacteria that get missed when using traditional cotton bar towels. To help with the current inconsistencies in stocking, we have now added them to your Ed Don order guide as well.
These towels are 16" x 16" and come in a pack of 12 for $12.55. This is 55% less than the average cost we currently pay of $28.70. You can begin ordering these immediately.
