URGENT // FEBRUARY LTO UPDATE - QUICHE & CAKE POP
Below is an update on the quiche and cake pop for the limited-time offering starting 2/2/26. There were some delays getting product into some distribution centers, but everyone should have what they need before Monday.
Elaine Quiche - 7455933
Atlanta, Jacksonville, Vegas, Orlando, Raleigh & Virginia - This should have been auto-shipped to you already. *Next Steps - Nothing if you received these already. If you have not received the quiche, please add it to your next order.
Grand Rapids - Sysco received these yesterday. *Next Steps - Sysco will add this to your next delivery day.
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cake Pop - 7360362
Atlanta, Grand Rapids, Jacksonville, Vegas, Raleigh, & Virginia - All these markets have them in stock now. *Next Steps - Please order these if you haven't already. Sysco won't automatically send them.
Orlando - The cake pops are being delivered tomorrow (1/29). *Next Steps - You have nothing to do on your end. Sysco will send a case to your location on Friday or Saturday, even if this is not your normal delivery day.
Please remember that while the official end date is 2/28, our LTO's are "while supplies last."

01/27/26 - Ed Don Warehouse Weather Closure (All locations outside of Florida)
The Ed Don warehouse in Atlanta has closed its warehouse due to extreme weather on Monday, January 26th. It has reopened today, January 27th, but there is a chance deliveries may be delayed a day.
This affects any Foxtail location outside of Florida. For further questions, please contact the Ed Don support line at 1-800-947-6097.
01/28/26 - REMINDER -- Use Foxtail Custom Straw ONLY
One thing that may have slipped through the cracks during this busy holiday season is that Foxtail now has a custom-branded straw! Although we use strawless sip lids for our cold beverages, we know how many of our guests still prefer using a straw. We have partnered with Strawfish, an emerging leader in plastic alternatives. Their mission also aligns with Foxtail's sustainability commitment.
Here are some highlights of our newest custom item:
Longer in length - The new straw is 8.5", which is a big difference from the 7.75" we currently use. No longer will the straw get lost in a 24oz cold beverage!
Wider mouth - We are moving from 4mm in diameter to 6mm.
Stronger - As soon as you pick up a new straw, you will feel the difference in durability.
Sustainability - These straws look and feel like plastic, but they are not plastic! This means that every Foxtail location, no matter the local ordinances on straws, can use these. Strawfish utilizes discarded seashells from North America. These shells sequester carbon, providing a renewable source of calcium carbonate (CaCO3).
These straws will never get soggy and won't crack.
They feature our Foxtail logo printed on the wrapper. The straw itself aligns with our brand, being a deep black straw with 2 clean white pinstripes on either side. All other straws are being removed from your Sysco order guide to avoid confusion. Keep in mind that this will be a remote item in many markets for now.

01/28/26 - When Sysco Is Out Of Stock
If Sysco is ever out of stock on an item you need, please still add it to your order. Even if it shows as out of stock, adding the item signals to Sysco that there is demand. Without that signal, their system assumes we don’t need it, and restocking gets delayed. This will also trigger a backup option to be subbed in if that item has a Foxtail-approved backup.
Please make sure everyone placing orders at your location follows this best practice. It helps improve availability over time.

Please see below to see if your Sysco distribution center has any ordering or delivery changes for the Super Bowl next weekend, February 7th - 9th.
Any changes are only for locations getting weekly Monday deliveries.

01/30/26 - UPDATE To Cake Pop Auto-Shipment
The following locations were not able to get the off-day shipment of cake pops. The sole reason that Sysco could not deliver is that there are no trucks that went into these areas today.
The following locations may still get an auto-shipment on Saturday, but if not, they will need to place an order the chocolate-covered strawberry cake pops on their next Sysco order.
