10/21/25 - Holiday Growler Bows are Back!
The red Foxtail-branded holiday bows are now available on B2B. These come in packs of 10 and go on your Foxtail 64oz Growlers. You can begin using them in-house at the same time we roll out the holiday cups, on November 1st!
10/22/25 - Will Call for Sysco Closed on October 25th
Sysco's will call will be closed on October 25th due to computer maintenance. I Will call will be open again for regular business hours the following Monday, October 27th. Please make note and plan accordingly.
As a reminder, the following information is in the partner portal under the ordering & distribution guide in the supply chain dropdown menu. There are the normal will call hours, phone numbers and addresses.
10/23/25 - HOLIDAY CUPS!!! It's that time to order again!
You can now order our 2025 Foxtail Holiday cups through Supplies on the Fly! This year, all sizes of hot cups will be ordered from the same platforms for all Foxtail locations. Please don't wait to order your Holiday cups, as the go-live date is November 1st. Shortly after the go-live date, we will begin the transition to Edward Don, where you will also be able to get them. Both companies currently have them in stock, so there will not be a gap when the transition occurs.
**As a reminder, Supplies on the Fly will still be live after the transition until November 14th. You will be able to order all items, including the Holiday hot cups, during that period.
10/24/25 - Order 8oz Hot Cups Lids on B2B
In our transition to Ed Don from Supplies on the Fly, the only item at risk of running out briefly is the 8oz hot cup lids. If they do run out on SOTF, please order them through B2B until the Ed Don rollout on November 3rd.
10/24/25 - Updated Ed Don Training
**A similar email went out a short time ago. I only need one emailed response for every location you may have.
Rather than requiring you to sign up for a live training next week, we’ll be providing a recorded training session that you and your staff can view at your convenience. This will be available by Tuesday afternoon, October 28th. Our goal is to ensure that everyone feels fully comfortable with the new process before the official rollout on November 3rd. In the meantime, I’ll be handling the registration of all Foxtail locations with Ed Don. To complete that setup, I need the following information for each location you own or operate:
Admin User: Name and email address of the person you’d like designated as the Admin. This should be the owner or operations manager. (The Admin will be able to add or remove users.)
Additional User: Name and email address of one additional team member you’d like added to the account. (This user will not be an Admin, but additional users can be added later by the Admin.)
Please send this information as soon as possible for each of your locations to Mike.Saul@FoxtailCoffee.com. If you only have one person to designate right now, just provide the Admin contact.
