Updates will be pinned at the top of Supply Chain Updates through the go-live date.
The recorded training session will be available by Thursday afternoon, October 30th. Final site updates are still in progress, which delayed today's release. Although the new DON.com site officially launches on November 3rd, Supplies on the Fly will remain active through November 14th. This gives you and your team ample time to review the training and become comfortable with the platform before making a full transition. The Edward Don team has been incredibly helpful and is excited to support Foxtail at every level. They’re committed to delivering the same high standard of service across all locations.
Bonus Delivery!
In our final meetings, Don confirmed that most locations will have two delivery day options each week. Once you log in, your available delivery days will be listed on your dashboard. You may use both days, choose one as your regular day, or alternate as needed.
Reminder: A $250 order minimum is required to avoid freight charges. This is very easy to meet with one weekly order, but if you're splitting into two, be mindful of the threshold.
While the $250 minimum is higher than Supplies on the Fly, it's important to remember that DON.com is a full-service distributor delivering consolidated orders on a dedicated truck. This threshold is lower than most distributors, including lower than most other Ed Don customers.
Ordering & Delivery Schedule
Each Foxtail location will have an option of one or two order & delivery day(s) per week. The delivery day options will be on your Ed Don dashboard when you log in. See image below Deliveries will arrive 1–2 days after your order day, depending on your location.
Brand-critical items like Foxtail’s proprietary cups, bags, and matcha will now arrive on your truck.
You’ll also receive Monin syrups and many other items you previously ordered through Supplies on the Fly.
Accounts & Invoicing
The admin users are being finalized now. The admin will have the ability to add/remove users as necessary.
You’ll have a separate Ed Don account to review and pay invoices.
They have a streamlined ACH option for easy payment. A screenshot of the form you will be getting is below for reference.
Holiday Hot Cups
You have started ordering holiday cups through Supplies on the Fly.
Once the Ed Don transition is complete, these items will be ordered through Ed Don and arrive on your truck.
Timeline
GO-LIVE: November 3rd
A recorded training video will be available sometime Thursday afternoon, October 30th.
You’ll receive your Ed Don login later this week.
Supplies on the Fly will remain active until November 14th.
Below is the dashboard upon login. In the blue circle, it gives me my optional delivery days and contact numbers for assistance. Every account will list Florida as its distribution center for now. It makes more sense for Ed Don to ship everything from one location since we have so many proprietary items they are stocking for us.

Supplies On The Fly will run out of 8oz hot cup lids this week. They won't be getting any more in stock because of the upcoming Ed Don transition. If you need these, please order through the B2B platform.
10/30/25 - Almost Done Ordering Through Sugar Waffle
