11/11/25 - Weekly Sysco & SOTF OOS/At Risk Items

11/11/25 - Sysco Closed Thanksgiving Day / Alternate 2nd Delivery Day
Sysco will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 27th. This notice is for any location that regularly gets a Sysco delivery on Thursdays. Sysco has assigned your 2nd delivery day for either the Wednesday before, or the Saturday after (November 26th or 29th).
Sysco assigned the 2nd day based on route availability coming out of your particular Sysco distribution center. Please see the link below for a spreadsheet breakdown of alternate 2nd delivery days.
CUTOFFS:
If you have a Wednesday delivery that week, your cutoff will be 2pm on Tuesday, November 25th. Keep in mind, this cutoff may be a day after your 1st delivery of the week if you get Monday deliveries.
If you have a Saturday delivery that week, your cutoff will be 2pm on Friday, November 28th.
11/11/25 - SOTF Extended through 11/21
To help with the transition to Edward Don, Supplies on the Fly will be available to use now through 11/21/25. The original sunset day for the site was 11/14, but has now been extended another week. Most Ed Don accounts are active and being used, but this window will help with anyone who still needs access or isn't comfortable with the Don platform yet.
The 11/21 date will now be a hard cutoff, so be sure to watch the training video and get any questions you have answered.

11/14/25 - JACKSONVILLE - Cocoa Powder Update
Sysco Jacksonville is working to bring in some product from Central Florida to be available on Monday, and at the correct price. We know this is an essential item and will be following up with Sysco to track the progress of this shipment.
In the meantime, a 10lb box can be found on Amazon if needed.
11/14/25 - Cold/Hot Lid Ed Don Mix Up
This week, many locations have been ordering cold cup lids from Ed Don and receiving hot cup lids, and vice versa. The item number in the Ed Don system did not match the name, but the issue is being resolved. You won't notice the change until Saturday, so if you place an order through Ed Don today (Friday), be sure to order by the item number below. Backup options are also being added to your Sysco order guide.
Ordering through Sysco:
If you need these lids this weekend, backup options are being added to your Sysco guide. If you are unable to see them on your order guide, reach out to your rep and ask them to manually add them to your Sysco order.

11/16/25 - Holiday Limited Time Offerings -- Starting December 1st!
We have 2 delicious holiday treats starting December 1st! Most locations will be auto-shipped 1 case of each between now and the end of the month. Please don't start selling until December 1st.
