11/17/25 - Holiday Limited Time Offerings -- Starting December 1st!
We have 2 delicious holiday treats starting December 1st! Most locations will be auto-shipped 1 case of each between now and the end of the month. Please don't start selling until December 1st.
Chocolate mint cake pop - Combining the Wintertime flavors of rich chocolate cake and peppermint, topped with festive sprinkles. SUPC - 7421584.
Gingerbread Fox Cookie - This year, we were able to bring back this holiday favorite gingerbread fox cookie, with royal icing and featuring a Santa hat. SUPC - 7431600.
For limited gelato locations:
White peppermint bark gelato is making its return. THIS WILL NOT BE AUTO-SHIPPED. It will be added to your gelato order guides shortly, SUPC - 7276327.
11/19/25 - Supplies On The Fly Goes Dark This Weekend!
The final day to order through Supplies on the Fly will be this Friday, November 21st. Final orders need to be in by 2:00pm (EST) this Friday.
After that, all orders will go through Ed Don for any items that you are used to purchasing through SOTF. If you are still having issues with getting your Ed Don account set up or have any questions, email me at Mike.Saul@FoxtailCoffee.com.
11/19/25 - Eggnog Arriving Soon For December Drink LTO
Each Sysco market already has stock of eggnog or will have it in stock by Monday, November 24th. Order as close to the end of the month as you can, as the shelf life can be extremely short. The eggnog will be added to your Sysco order guides shortly.
The Eggnog Latte launches on December 1st, and below is the SUPC by your Sysco distribution center.

FINAL THANKSGIVING Delivery Schedule For Sysco, Don & B2B
Please see below for any delivery adjustments for the week of Thanksgiving.
B2B:
No changes in your ordering procedure, but everyone should factor in a delay in shipping due to UPS being closed on Thanksgiving.
Ed Don:
If Thursdays are usually a delivery option for you, you will still need to place your order on Wednesday, November 26th by 3:00pm and your delivery will be Friday, November 28th.
Sysco: (Atlanta was added to the spreadsheet)
Sysco will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 27th. This notice is for any location that regularly gets a Sysco delivery on Thursdays. Sysco has assigned most locations a 2nd delivery day for either the Wednesday before, or the Saturday after (November 26th or 29th).
Sysco assigned the 2nd day based on route availability coming out of your particular Sysco distribution center. Please see the link below for a spreadsheet breakdown of alternate 2nd delivery days.
CUTOFFS:
If you have a Wednesday delivery that week, your cutoff will be 2pm on Tuesday, November 25th. Keep in mind, this cutoff may be a day after your 1st delivery of the week if you get Monday deliveries.
If you have a Saturday delivery that week, your cutoff will be 2pm on Friday, November 28th.
11/20/25 - Peppermint Monin Being Auto-Shipped To Everyone
Ed Don was unable to bring in enough Peppermint Monin in time for our transition and is currently OOS. Before Supplies on the Fly goes dark on Friday, they are sending one last auto-shipment to all Foxtail locations to support our December LTO's.
2 cases of Peppermint Monin are being auto-shipped and will be processed on Friday. Most locations will receive your 2 cases within 3-5 business days. By the time you should be ready for replenishment, Ed Don will have enough inventory in stock.
