11/24/25 - Cold Brew Bottles Wrong Price At Ed Don
The prices of our cold brew bottles and growlers are elevated and being worked on at Ed Don. It looks like they brought the price down, but not quite where it needs to be yet. If you would like to order these for slightly less, they are now temporarily available through B2B.
11/25/25 - Ed Don Ordering & Deliveries Issues
I’ve noticed ongoing inconsistencies with order cutoffs and extended delivery transit times, especially for locations outside of Florida. We’re actively working on long-term solutions, but in the meantime, your feedback is important.

11/25/25 - ORLANDO & JACKSONVILLE // EGGNOG QUALITY ISSUE
This applies to Sysco Orlando and Sysco Jacksonville only. All other distribution centers use a different supplier for Eggnog. The manufacturer has cut the last two purchase orders being delivered to Sysco Orlando and Sysco Jacksonville. The issue is currently being addressed at the factory level, with the next production run scheduled for this Saturday.
As a result, Foxtail locations in Orlando and Jacksonville will not have access to eggnog through Sysco in time for the December 1st LTO launch. For this rollout, locations in those markets will need to temporarily source eggnog from retail or an alternative source.
Sysco is expected to be restocked early next week following the new production run. Once available, please resume ordering through Sysco, but be sure to verify the expiration date upon receipt. Thank you for your flexibility and have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!
11/26/25 - PLEASE CHECK YOUR THANKSGIVING DELIVERY SCHEDULE
There have already been some locations placing their 2nd order today, but their adjusted day to order was yesterday for delivery today. The Sysco Thanksgiving schedule has been available for 2 weeks for most Foxtail locations. Please refer to the previous post and this link to see your 2nd delivery day this week for Sysco.
They assigned everyone a Wednesday or Saturday 2nd delivery. This was based on route capacities and territories. If you need any assistance, you can call customer service, but there is no guarantee they can help adjust your delivery again. Routes are already at capacity with being closed tomorrow.
