Thank you for your patience as we continue to finalize the details of the Edward Don transition from Supplies on the Fly. The training video is now available via this link. For anyone using the Ed Don platform, this is a crucial watch. It covers everything you need to navigate the new site, as well as introduces you to Ed Don and explains how the partnership with Foxtail will work for you.
DELIVERY UPDATE
Upon login, some accounts have more than 2 order/delivery day options. THIS IS CORRECT. You can alternate or use as many of them as you need. If you choose to order multiple times a week, keep in mind the $250 minimum order threshold to avoid freight charges.
The right-hand side upon login is where you will find your options. For the account shown below, they have 2 delivery options a week, Tuesday & Thursday. Also, pay attention to your cutoff days, as many locations require a 2-day travel time to reach your store.
Your Don.com Account
Most Foxtail locations have been set up with an Ed Don account number, as well as been assigned an Admin user. The Ed Don team is still working on a few Foxtail locations that are and are in the final stages of onboarding. Those should be finished on Monday.
The admin user is the only user who can add and remove other users, and Ed Don was able to get user information from your Sysco account. If you need the admin user changed, please give Ed Don a call at 800-947-6097. I don't have administrative permissions with Ed Don, as I do with Sysco & B2B, so you will need to call Ed Don directly to get that changed. You can also Ed Don for support at foxtailcoffee@don.com.
Once logged in to Ed Don, keep in mind that some things are not finalized and will be updated. If you have any questions, please try Ed Don support first and you can also send them through the support tab in the partner portal.
Don't worry about becoming an expert on the platform in a few days. While the site goes live on Monday, Supplies on the Fly will remain active until November 14th, so you can continue placing orders there as usual.
The order guides in the supply chain hub in the partner portal have also been updated. See screenshots below.
Ed Don has a 1-pager that explains payment methods. This is the same form that you have seen in my emails and posted on the portal. See screenshots below.

Ordering & Delivery Schedule
Each Foxtail location will have an option of two or more order & delivery day(s) per week. The delivery day options will be on your Ed Don dashboard when you log in. Deliveries will arrive 1–2 days after your order day, depending on your location.
Brand-critical items like Foxtail’s proprietary cups, bags, and matcha will now arrive on your truck.
You’ll also receive Monin syrups and many other items you previously ordered through Supplies on the Fly.
Accounts & Invoicing
The admin users are being finalized now. The admin will have the ability to add/remove users as necessary.
You’ll have a separate Ed Don account to review and pay invoices.
They have a streamlined ACH option for easy payment. A screenshot of the form you will be getting is below for reference.
Holiday Hot Cups
You have started ordering holiday cups through Supplies on the Fly.
Once the Ed Don transition is complete, these items will be ordered through Ed Don and arrive on your truck.
