12/05/25 - Ed Don // Delivery & Customer Support Issues

We are aware that Ed Don deliveries & customer support have been falling very short of expectations. Please email me with any issues you may be having with Ed Don so far.


I’m working with the support team daily to get these problems corrected. When reaching out, please be as specific as possible so I can escalate effectively:


  • Delivery Issues: Include the order number, store location, date and time the order was placed, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Customer Support Issues: Let me know whether you called or emailed, the approximate date and time, and what the result was.
