02/19/26 - Remember To Replenish LTO Items
We have seen a recent trend of locations not replenishing their LTO items after the initial auto-shipped case runs out. Please remember that Foxtail forecasts a specific amount of inventory for each LTO that we are responsible for.
Please remind your team to continue to order and sell the quiche and cake pops, as well as any future LTO items.
2/21/26 - REMINDER: ED Don $250 Free Shipping Threshold
This is a reminder that ED Don’s free shipping only applies to orders over $250 from your assigned DC. We had Ed Don add a banner (pictured below) to help remind the user placing orders.
This is explained in the training video and has been posted many times, yet we are seeing too many orders submitted between $100–$249, which triggers shipping charges. Most are ordering multiple small orders a week.
Currently, about 15-20% of orders submitted are below $250 and are being charged for shipping. This is avoidable almost 100% of the time, so please consolidate orders whenever possible to meet the $250 free freight threshold.
