In case you missed it, here are the Supply Chain Updates from last week, March 9 - March 15. You will find a button at the end of this post that takes you to the Supply Chain Updates page, which includes full details on each update. Please check this page regularly.

LTO Food Items Will Auto-Ship Mid-March

You may start to see invoices pop up on your Sysco Shop account for 3 new food items. These are items that are auto-shipping to you once they arrive at your Sysco distribution center. We have plenty more details coming regarding these food options, as well as the drinks!

You can expect a case of Egg & Cheese Breakfast Burritos, Guavalitos & Orange/Cranberry scones arriving in the next couple of weeks sometime.

Keep Ordering Quiche & Chocolate Strawberry Cake Pops

Even though the official LTO date has come and gone, please keep ordering and selling the quiche and chocolate-covered strawberry cake pop. As always, these LTO's are while supplies last so they will be on our menu until your Sysco distribution center is out of stock of these items.

  • Grand Rapids only has the quiche still in stock.

  • Every other market still has both the quiche and the cake pop in stock.

3/09/26 - Weekly Sysco & SOTF OOS/At Risk Items

Click the button below for full details on the weekly out-of-stock and at-risk items.

03/12/26 - New And Improved Chocolate Chip Cookies

Next time you open a box of chocolate chip cookies, you may notice we decided to forego the individual packaging. We have been working closely with our partner who develops our proprietary food items, to improve the quality of the cookie. By eliminating the individual packaging, this allowed us to upgrade the recipe, using higher-quality ingredients!

Not only do we think the cookie tastes better, but it comes with a cost savings. You may also notice that the case is ~$3.00 a case less for you at the store level.

The shelf life and item numbers remain the same. The ingredient list and nutritional facts have been updated in the partner portal.

03/13/26 - Remember To Order Custom Foxtail Straws

Foxtail introduced a new, high-quality custom straw a few months back. Many locations have yet to order, so if you haven't, please add these to your next Sysco order.

This SKU is required, and we hope to see these straws in every Foxtail location soon!

Although we use strawless sip lids for our cold beverages, we know many of our guests still prefer straws. We have partnered with Strawfish, an emerging leader in plastic alternatives. Their mission also aligns with Foxtail's sustainability commitment. Here are some highlights of our newest custom item:

  • Longer - The new straw is 8.5", which is a big difference from the 7.75" we currently use. No longer will the straw get lost in a 24oz cold beverage!

  • Wider mouth - We are moving from 4mm in diameter to 6mm.

  • Stronger - As soon as you pick up a new straw, you will feel the difference in durability.

  • Sustainability - These straws look and feel like plastic, but they are not plastic! This means that every Foxtail location, no matter the local ordinances on straws, can use these. Strawfish utilizes discarded seashells from North America. These shells sequester carbon, providing a renewable source of calcium carbonate (CaCO3).

  • These straws will never get soggy and won't crack.

They feature our Foxtail logo printed on the wrapper. The straw itself aligns with our brand, being a deep black straw with 2 clean white pinstripes on either side.

All other straws are being removed from your Sysco order guide to avoid confusion. Keep in mind that this will be a remote item in many markets for now.
