Sysco Out Of Stock? Click 'Add To Cart' Everytime
Anytime you see an item that is out of stock that you need, please always click the 'add to cart' button with the quantity you would have needed.
This is beneficial for many reasons:
1) If there is an approved sub option, this will trigger the auto-sub.
2) It flags to the buyers that someone is trying to order, therefore increasing demand. This helps with Sysco's internal forecasting and ordering.
3) Helps with out-of-stock metrics. Sysco out-of-stock metrics only get triggered when someone tries ordering an item that is out of stock, not when the inventory reaches 0.
Doing this helps keep them honest and helps us with fewer out-of-stocks.
In the image below, even though the item is showing out of stock at Central Florida, you can still add it to your order. If there is no sub, you will not receive anything, but it will help long term stocking goals.

Foxtail still has a substantial amount of inventory of the quiche in the following distribution centers. Even though the new LTO has started, please continue to order until inventory has been depleted. Thank you.

04/10/26 - Manufacturer Shortages // Muffins & Cinnamon Roll Donuts
Two of our suppliers have had production issues in keeping up with recent demands due to holiday closures & demand. Depending on your area, you may experience inventory gaps for the items below. The manufacturers are working to get caught up, and inventory should be consistently back in stock sometime in late April.
