Update to PPM levels

We have updated our standard operating ranges for all RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems. Effective immediately, RO system readings should fall between 50–100, replacing the previous range of 120–150.


All related documentation has been revised to reflect this change. This updated range is designed to extend filter life and help maximize the longevity and performance of your equipment.

Adjusting the TDS settings is simple.

  1. Above the TDS Monitor on the Reverse Osmosis System, there is a silver knob that works like a dial.

    1.  Turning it Right ("Righty Tighty") decreases mineralization, lowering the TDS reading.

    2. Turning it Left ("Lefty Loosey") increases mineralization, raising the TDS

  2. After adjusting, wait about 10 minutes before taking a new reading to

avoid false results.
