CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS DELIVERY SCHEDULE // For Sysco, Don & B2B
Please see below for changes coming regarding your deliveries over the next 2 weeks. You only need to view the Sysco section if one of your delivery days is normally Thursday.
B2B:
There are no changes to your ordering procedure, but please note that everyone should factor in a delay in shipping due to UPS being closed on 12/25 & 1/1.
Ed Don:
Expect an extra day for deliveries if 12/25 & 1/1 fall within the transit time for your orders that week.
Sysco: (See Spreadsheet)
Sysco will be closed on 12/25/25 & 1/1/25. This notice is for any location that regularly gets a Sysco delivery on Thursdays. Sysco has assigned most locations a 2nd delivery day for either the Wednesday before or the Saturday after each holiday. A handful of locations have been assigned Friday.
Sysco assigned the 2nd day based on route availability coming out of your particular Sysco distribution center. If you absolutely need the 2nd delivery changed, place your order first, then contact customer support to see if transportation can accommodate your request. Please see the link below for a spreadsheet breakdown of alternate 2nd delivery days.
CUTOFFS:
If you have a Wednesday delivery that week, your cutoff will be 2pm on Tuesday. Keep in mind, this cutoff may be a day after your 1st delivery of the week if you get Monday deliveries.
If you have a Friday delivery, I would get your order in by NOON on each Wednesday.
If you have a Saturday delivery that week, your cutoff will be 2pm on each Friday.
IMPORTANT REMINDER! Set Up Ed Don Payment If You Haven't Already!
Many Foxtail locations have yet to set up any type of payment with Ed Don.
ACH information was not automatically transferred over from Sysco!
Any account open before November 3rd of this year needs to set up payment through 1 of 3 ways below. Please reach out to Darren Dial, the head of Ed Don's finance department, at 708-883-8049 or DarrenDial@Don.com.
Any new account or account opened past November 3rd should have payment set up upon creation of your account. Delays in setting up payment could eventually impact orders.

12/15/25 - Please Observe New Ed Don Cutoff Times
You may have noticed that on your Ed Don dashboard, the cutoff times have been changed to an earlier time. This was a necessary adjustment in an ongoing effort to minimize the time you wait for your deliveries. The Ed Don system needs these early cutoff times to ensure your order isnt processed the following day.
East Coast locations will see a cutoff around noon, while West Coast locations can be as early as 9:00am. If this is the case, it is recommended ed to place your Ed Don order the evening before your order days.

12/17/25 - Ed Don // Delivery & Customer Support Issues
We are extremely committed to fixing all of the issues with the Ed Don transition, and it is the top supply chain priority. If you experience any issues or setbacks, large or small, please email Mike.Saul@FoxtailCoffee.com and provide any details that you have.
We are working closely with the support team daily to resolve these issues. When reaching out, please be as specific as possible so I can escalate effectively:
Delivery Issues: (Long delivery times, issues with orders, issues with drivers, etc.) Include the order number, store location, date and time the order was placed, and a brief description of the issue.
Customer Support Issues: (Long wait times, dropped calls, no call back, etc.) Let me know whether you called or emailed, the approximate date and time, and what the result was.
